Job Overview
We are looking for a self-motivated Logistic Customer Service Officer to work at our client company at Bankstown Aerodrome.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with LSPs for status update and clarification
- Escalates issues and concerns regarding delivery issues
- Prepare return or futile delivery report on daily basis
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding re-delivery requirements
- Book re-delivery with LSPs once dates are booked/confirmed
- Process IOD in Cello system upon confirmation of re-delivery
- Coordinate with returns team and Process returns Process in Cello system
- Attend to ad-hoc inquiries regarding returns, re-delivery status etc
REQUIREMENTS
- Above High School Degree
- MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Power Point/ suite)
- English advanced level
- Must living in Australia
- Must have logistic/warehouse knowledge, and IOD
Preference
- Work experience in Multinational company
- Consumer electronics transportation control experience
- Sales logistic controller experience
